This Vendor Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your relationship with GBL Services. By becoming a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

Vendor Registration.
1. Eligibility: Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. GBL Services reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor registration.
2. Verification: GBL Services may require additional documentation if required to verify the identity and business legitimacy of the vendor.

Product Listings
1. Product Quality: All products listed must meet GBL Services’ quality standards. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products are accurately described and priced.
2. Prohibited Items: Vendors are prohibited from listing items that are illegal, counterfeit, or violate any intellectual property rights. A comprehensive list of prohibited items can be found in our Prohibited Products Policy.
3. Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their products.

Order Fulfilment
1. Timeliness: Vendors must process and ship orders promptly. Delays in order fulfilment can result in penalties or suspension of vendor privileges.
2. Packaging: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Shipping: Vendors must use reliable shipping services and provide tracking information to GBL Services and the customer.

Returns and Refunds
1. Return Policy: Vendors must adhere to GBL Services’ return policy. Customers must be allowed to return products within 2 days of receipt.
2. Refunds: Vendors are required to process refunds promptly for returned items. GBL Services may intervene in cases of disputes or delays.

1. Payment Terms: GBL Services will disburse payments to vendors on weekly basis, subject to applicable 10% deduction as commission.
2. Fees: Vendors agree to pay any applicable listing fees, transaction fees, and other charges as outlined in the Vendor Fee Schedule as may be required.

Customer Service
1. Communication: Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolution: Vendors are expected to work towards resolving customer issues promptly and fairly.

Account Suspension and Termination
1. Violations: GBL Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of this policy or any other GBL Services policies.
2. Notice: In the event of account suspension or termination, GBL Services will provide notice to the vendor with reasons for the action taken.

1. Data Protection: Vendors must protect customer data and adhere to GBL Services’ Privacy Policy.
2. Confidential Information: Vendors must not disclose any confidential information obtained through their relationship with GBL Services.

GBL Services reserves the right to amend this Vendor Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
