GBL Services Return Policy

At GBL Services, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
i. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of purchase.
ii. Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
iii. Item such as phone, power banks and electronics proven to have factory defect.
iv. Delivered item differ from customer order in terms of colour and design.
v. Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
i. Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
ii. Perishable Goods: Perishable items, such as food, flowers, or plants, are not eligible for return.
Health and Personal Care Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of health and personal care items once they have been opened.
iii. When order seal or tag is broken
iv. When item is dirty
v. When item has been used.
vi. Item(s) not returned within the 2days from the date of receipt.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gbl.ng or call us at +234(0) 9043230354.
2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds
• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
• Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via Bank transfer to your nominated bank account. You will receive the credit within the specified number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to ensure the item is in stock. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Costs
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shipping Errors: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
